With 12 years of experience in business inception, brand management, advertising sales, planning and profit maximization across entertainment & real estate industry. He has working experience across range of sectors in Brand Activations, Integrated Media Planning, Advertising, OOH Event Management, Experiential Marketing and Promotional Solutions Industry, with business footprints in India.

Due to his experience and sharp business acumen, He brings more passion and energy into the organization, and believes that "hands-on" approach towards all spheres of BIL business has helped the group reach the pinnacles. He has successfully transcended several facilities for the business well being - a testament to the loyalty and expectation that BIL has in him.

Mr. Sumit Aggarwal, the Founder-Director of Baton Infrastructures Limited, has contributed significantly in the success of the group. He is known for his intelligent and innovative ideas and also for his firm faith in achieving them. His direct involvement in Commercial Leasing and Investment advisory bestowed numerous renowned brands and associations to our portfolio.

He possesses experience of more than 9 yrs in real estate sector and profound knowledge of both commercial and residential real estate. He has been consistently involved in questing for new initiatives in the group. His knowledge, experience and deliveries in the Real Estate sector are an inspiration for many in the organization. His excellence in cordial networking skills enables him to retain long associations with the Corporate and developer communities. His excellence in people management, soft skills and an eye for detailing helps in maximizing team’s productivity. He is also responsible for business development initiatives with Multinational Corporate in Gurgaon territory. Contributing in overall business strategy, he is always on the lookout for innovate ways in service deliveries to achieve higher levels of client satisfaction.
